전천후 베이시스트 서영도가 이끄는 치유의 앙상블, 서영도 일렉트릭 앙상블
명실공히 최고의 베이시스트이자 밴드 마스터인 ‘서영도’, 그가 이끄는 ‘서영도 일렉트릭 앙상블’이 4년 만에 전작 두 앨범과는 조금 결이 다른, 하지만 진솔한 이야기와 경험을 담은 음악으로 돌아왔다.
함께한 동료들은 대부분 같지만, 서영도 자신이 겪은 사회적 개인적 경험이 음악으로 표출되며 더욱 마음 깊은 곳의 얘기를 음악으로 풀어내고, 보컬의 참여와 서정적인 테마로 더욱더 넓은 음악적 스펙트럼으로 관객들 앞에 마주한다.

The best bassist and band master without any doubt, Seo Youngdo. His ‘Seo Youngdo Electric Ensemble’ came back with a little different style of music with true stories from the previous two albums after 4 years of break. Most of his team members have been the same, this time, Seo’s personal experiences are expressing with musical stories from deep in his mind by participating vocal with feelings for the audience. Contemporary music is played by the current jazz musicians and listened to jazz fans at the same time. In this line of logic, Seo Youngdo Electric Ensemble’s music is the ideal answer of Korean contemporary jazz. Somewhat common comforting lyrics gives a present to people living quietly listening to it and sometimes cannot control the feelings as living every day, this year, meet Seo Youngdo Electric Ensemble in Jarasum. The original members of Seo Youngdo Electric Ensemble will be together, bassist Seo Youngdo, pianist Min Kyungin, guitarist Jung Suwuk, drummer Han Woongwon, percussionist Jo Jaebum, trumpeter Bae Sunyoung, Saxophonist Jeeseok Kim and Shin Hyunphil, and jazz vocalist Jo Junghee.
