2017 PHOTO 보러가기‘Jarasum Jazz Friends’ is a project introducing collaboration programs with JIJF. This year, ‘Jisan Vally Rock Festival’ and ‘Le French Code’ are working together with JIJF as Jarasum Friends this year.
This program is presenting a unique and fresh performance by meeting an art hub company achieving artists’ dreams ‘Le French Code’ and ‘Jarasum Jazz’. 4 Le French Code artists will be performing, and their stage is on October 21(Sat) at Jarasum International Jazz Festival site.

Founded in June, 2013 with the motto of 'Art Hub Company to Realize the Imagination of Artists', Le french code started out with a professional planning of all fields related to French culture. We intend to create networking between artists as well as domestic and abroad. In addition to the role of 'hub', it is also planning 'Herb' projects such as licorice that cause synergy by developing more diverse and intense world culture contents such as jazz, France, Brazil and African contents. Le french code is also supporting artist's activities freely in various fields such as music, art, and cooking.

Original and new music, Blue Menkul Quartet
Blumen means 'flower' in German and Klang means sound. The color and tone of each performer are like a flower, and the mysterious sound of these various colors becomes the first step of the Blue Menklaur Quartet. The Blue Men Clap Quartet, composed of a combination of Korean traditional instruments, classical instruments, and electronic musical instruments, is a lead guitarist Jung Joo-young's creative thinking and philosophy that add to his music. In 2017, the Jarasum International Jazz Festival will not be limited to any genre, and it will be a meaningful first step for Blumen Klang Quartet to new music.

After studying jazz vocals and jazz piano in le Cim (Paris), the first jazz school in Europe, Sina has been active in music travels in France with the jazz band "Shina Kwan". Since then, she has been performing jazz, bossa nova, Melts and continues the various music journeys. At the 2017 Jarasum Festival, the songs of the Sina Kwon Trio album of the French action band and the songs of Sina, including the collabo songs of the French pop artist "Pierre Far", which was inserted in the tVN drama ”Oh Hae Young,“ will be arranged by jazz sound.

Parisian singer-songwriter from Montmartre, Chansong jazz by Elsa Kopf
Music from her mouth is the most French and most common language of ours. She lives in Montmartre, Paris, the heart of French art. She calls Chanson Jazz as the most frequently introduced French musician in the country. Although I have been introduced through 'Acoustic Joy' 1st album in Korea, it is through 2nd album <Marvelously Dangerous> that Elkhakov started to be heard in Korean fans in earnest. Also, it started to become more known as 'Beautiful My Bride', 'For the First Time' and 'Happy Once Again'. In 2017 Jarasum International Jazz Festival will reinterpret as jazz of gem-like French chansons with Korean and French musicians.

Play a sweet pink swing
The name Swingerie is a combination of 'Swing' and French 'erie', which is the end of the term 'professional space'. It is meant to be a professional swing band that makes the swing stand out on everyone's footsteps. Swing Jerry, who is showing signs of becoming a swing-type idol that does not allow swing dancers to leave him alone, is a bassist like Sumin Jung, a drummer Wonhyung Kim who clarifies the lightness and groove clearly, and pianist Hayoung Kim, And explosion vocalist Chaebin Jang. In 2017, the Jarasum International Jazz Festival will show off the blues grooves on the acoustic stage swing during the day and the Jazz Friends series in the night. Both stages will be with the swing dancers.
