그르부를 기반으로 한 기타 트리오
덕스트릿은 제6회 자라섬국제재즈콩쿨(2012) 대상 수상자인 기타리스트 조영덕이 주축이 되어 베이시스트 이성찬, 드러머 최병준이 함께하는 기타 트리오로 그르부를 기반으로 한 팀이다. 2017년 첫 앨범 <Duck Street>을 발매하였으며, 2018년에는 보컬 이시몬과 함께 싱글음원 <Sweet Sweaty>를 발매하기도 하였다. 이들은 힙합, 알앤비와 같은 비트를 기본 바탕으로 재즈의 어법을 사용하여 자신들만의 팀 사운드를 만들어낸다. 덕스트릿의 음악은 단순한 코드진행과 박진감 넘치는 비트(beat)로 누구나 쉽게 접하고 즐길 수 있으며, 치밀한 화성 속에 번뜩이는 아이디어로 음악의 색을 칠하는 것이 이들 음악의 장점이다. 또, 심플하면서도 구성력 있는 곡의 밸런스와 기본에 충실한 노련미가 돋보이는 연주는 음악을 듣는데 있어 전혀 지루할 틈을 주지 않는다.

Guitar Trio on Grooves
Duck Street is a guitarist-centered Trio with the bassist Lee Sung Chan, drummer Choi Byung Jun, and guitarist Jo Young Deok as the main guitarist, winner of the 6th Jarasum International Jazz Concours (2012). In 2017, the team released their first album, "Duck Street." In 2018, the team released a single soundtrack <Sweet Sweaty> with vocalist Simon Lee. They use their jazz phrases based on beats like hip-hop and R&B to create their own team sound. The music of Duck Street is simple code progression and beats anyone can enjoy. And, their strong point is to paint the color of the music with a flickering idea in dense sounds. Also, simple but well–balanced performance will not give you any boring time listening to music based on high-quality performance.
