Free Admission and Discounts

  • Free Admission - Over 65-year-old, disabilities, children (born after 2005), self-only
    • Only the person with official ID, welfare card, or insurance card. Without the verification, tickets must be purchased to enter the festival site.
  • Residential Discount – Residents living in the area will get 40% discount if purchasing tickets from Sep. 2(Mon) at the festival office. (only with the verification card or document proving the residential status, self-only, no double discount available including card discount)
  • Group Discount – 20% discount for 30 and more (by September 25 (Wed), no double discount)

Booking the Tickets

  • 1,000 won booking-fee will be charged every purchase
  • All tickets will be shipped on Sep. 16(Mon) to prevent the excessive crowd at the festival site. Additional shipping fee 2,800 won will be charged.
  • With one ID, maximum 6 tickets can be purchased (including Blind and Early Bird Tickets)

Ticket Shipping

  • All tickets will be shipped on Sep. 16(Mon) for the convenience at the festival site. Additional shipping fee 2,800 won will be charged.
  • The ticket you purchased and received must be exchanged for wrist band at the wrist band booth without stopping by ticket booth to enter.
  • All delivered tickets will not be re-issued in any circumstances such as broken or lost. Without tickets the entering is prohibited.
  • The wrist band exchange will be available from 12pm on the festival day to 30 minutes before the final performance finishes.
  • 2-Day, 3-Day tickets are made of material that can be used for 2 or 3 days. You must wear the wrist ticket by the last day of your visit, or cannot be re-issued when broken or lost.
  • Event tickets cannot be handed over to others. Please bring your own ID for verification.

Refund

  • Partial cancellation or refund is not available for 2-Day, 3-Day.
  • One Day Pass only can be used on the designated date. After the ticket is delivered, the cancellation is possible only when the ticket booking agency gets the tickets back (only for tickets arrived before Oct. 2).
  • Cancellation/refund of discounted General Ticket requires fees. See the below product details.
  • Cancellation/refund due to change of personal decision also requires fee following the same policy of cancellation. Changing the date nor cancellation/refund is not available on the festival date.
  • Purchasing tickets through unofficial channels is against the law. The festival organization, sponsors, and ticket sales company are not responsible for damages following unofficial transactions.

Entry Information

  • All delivered tickets including Blind Ticket must be exchanged for the wrist band at the ticket booth to enter the paid stages.
  • All access including reentering is available with the wrist band.
  • All disposable products including glasses, cans, and delivered foods are not allowed to paid site (JAZZ ISLAND)
  • Camping and cooking in the festival area is prohibited. You can be restricted or send off in case you camp or cook outside of the authorized camping area. No refund in this case.
  • All kinds of tent including general tent, canopy, and tarp only can be used at the designated spot (Camping Site). Those are not allowed in front of the stage.
  • Any vehicle having wheel (like bicycle, skateboard) is not allowed in the festival area. *Except stroller and wheelchair
  • All pets except guide dogs (only with certified vest and harness) are not allowed in all festival area.
  • Flammable items (candles, fireworks, Chinese wish lanterns etc.), drugs or other dangerous items are not allowed to bring in stage.
  • Bringing and posting products with political, social critics, discriminations, religious, or provocative statements will be expelled from the festival sites without negotiations.
  • For the audience safety, using any unauthorized remote control device (drone, RC car, boat etc.) is not allowed.

Note

  • Please use multi-usable containers for foods.
  • For everyone’s safety, bringing glass and can will be prohibited.
  • Smoke in only smoking zone.
  • To protect copyright and privacy, taking videos and phots, doing live on social media and recording will be prohibited, will be charged the legal responsibility.
  • If you plan to be out of the festival site for long, your items can be moved without asking your permission. The festival is not responsible for any related loss.
  • The daily temperature range is large during the festival periods, please bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreens, and warm clothes.
