장우산 및 긴 막대류는 안전사고를 일으킬 수 있으므로 30cm 이하의 접이식 소형 단우산을 지참해주시길 부탁드립니다. 펼쳐진 우산이 타 관객의 공연 관람을 방해하는 경우에는 우산 사용이 제지될 수 있습니다. 편안한 관람을 위해 우비를 준비해주시거나, 우천시 현장에서 판매하는 우비를 구매해주시기 바랍니다.
Umbrellas with long length may cause safety hazard. Please bring umbrellas under 30 cm long.
In case your umbrella blocks other audiences’ view, it can be restraint.
We recommend you to bring your own raincoat, or buy one on site.

페스티벌이 진행되는 전 지역에서 취사는 불가합니다. (캠핑장 제외)
Cooking is prohibited at the whole festival area except camping site.
[일반 General] 페스티벌 현장에서 돗자리나 의자, 그늘막 텐트를 사용해도 되나요? / Mat, Chair and Tent are Allowed at Festival Site?
대부분의 관객이 잔디밭 위에 돗자리를 깔고 그 위에 앉아 공연을 관람하지만,
의자나 그늘막 텐트를 가져와서 페스티벌을 즐기셔도 좋습니다. 그늘막 텐트는 2.5m X 2.5m X 1.5m(H) 이하 사이즈에 한하여 허용됩니다.
단, 다리가 있는 의자나 그늘막 텐트를 지참하신 경우에는 행사장 내 ‘그늘막 텐트 구역’으로 이동해 공연을 관람해주시기 바랍니다.
'그늘막 텐트 구역'은 재즈아일랜드 무대를 바라봤을 때, 객석의 왼쪽에 위치해 있습니다.
(설치한 물품들이 타인의 관람이나 보행을 방해하거나 안전상 문제가 있다고 판단될 경우 자리 이동을 권유할 수 있습니다.)
Generally, most audience enjoy performances sitting on the mat. You are also allowed to use a chair and/or tent.
However, the chair with legs and shade canopy are only allowed on the ‘Shade Canopy Zone'.
Only shade canopy which is smaller than 2.5m X 2.5m X 1.5m(H) is allowed on the ‘Shade Canopy Zone’.
Shade Canopy Zone is located at the left side when you stand looking toward the stage.
In case your canopy blocks other audiences’ view or walking, it can be subject to move the locations.
[일반 General] 페스티벌 현장에서 신용카드 이용이 가능한가요? / Use of Credit Card on Festival Site
현장에서 티켓을 구입 하실 때나 일부 먹거리 부스에서는 신용카드 사용이 가능합니다.
그러나 몇몇 지역주민들이 운영하는 먹거리 장터나 행사장에서는 현금만 사용 가능할 수도 있습니다.
관객 여러분들의 편의를 위해 종합안내소 옆으로 ATM이 마련되어 있습니다.

Credit card can be used when you buy on-site tickets and a few marketplace booths.
However, some food booths run by Gapyeong residences may not be able to accept credit cards, but cash.
For your convenience, ATMs are located on festival site, near the information center.

[일반 General] 페스티벌 현장에 먹거리가 있나요? / Foods at Festival Site
페스티벌 기간 동안, 무대 주변의 홍보 및 먹거리 부스에서 다양한 식음료 및 주류가 판매됩니다.
추후에 자라섬 재즈의 공식 온라인 플랫폼(웹사이트, 페이스북)을 통해 메뉴도 공개될 예정입니다.
또한 행사장에서 자유롭게 입/퇴장이 가능하고, 가평 읍내까지 도보로 이동 가능하므로
자라섬 외부의 가평읍내 음식점도 이용하실 수 있습니다.

You can freely go out and enter to the festival site using your ticket bracelet.

In case of emergency, ask for help to volunteer and staff near you.

의료 지원부스는 총 2개소로 운영됩니다.

유료공연장 : 무대를 바라보고 오른편 ‘의료지원’ 부스 / 운영시간 16:00~23:00

[일반 General] 분실물은 어디서 찾으면 되나요? / Lost and Found
원활한 공연 관람을 위해, 분실물에 대한 안내방송은 따로 이루어지지 않습니다.
분실물은 우선 중도 입구에 있는 종합안내소에 보관될 예정이며, 분실 신고도 종합안내소에서 하실 수 있습니다.
자원활동가가 최대한 도와드리겠지만, 분실하신 물건에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있으니
분실의 우려가 있는 귀중품이나 값비싼 물건은 되도록 가져오지 마시고 가져오시는 경우 보관에 각별히 신경 써 주세요.
행사 종료 후, 페스티벌 기간 중 습득된 물건들은 홈페이지를 통해 공지됩니다.
Due to enjoyable experience of the festival, we do not make public announcement for lost and found items.
Lost items can be found or reported at the central information center.
We are not responsible for any lost items, we recommend not to bring expensive and precious items.
Found items during the festival will be announced via festival webpage after the festival.

습득하신 물건은 종합안내소로 가져다주시거나, 가까운 자원활동가에게 전달해주시기 바랍니다.
If you find an item not belong to you, please bring them to volunteers or the information center.
[일반 General] 물품 보관소는 어디에 있나요? / Where are the lockers?
물품 보관소는 종합안내소 옆에 위치해 있으며 유료(1회 5,000원)로 이용하실 수 있습니다. (사이즈 가로 70cm*세로 80cm)
상황에 따라 조기에 마감 될 수 있으니 개인 짐을 최소화하시는 것을 추천해드립니다.
Lockers are located next to the central information center and it costs 5,000 won per use.

Please be aware that the number of lockers are limited and easily full, bring minimum belongings.
[일반 General] 페스티벌 현장에서 드론이나 RC장난감을 사용할 수 있나요? / Drones, remote control toys are allowed at the festival site?
무선 조종장치는 현장에 반입이 금지됩니다.
무선 조종장치를 페스티벌 장에서 사용하는 것은, 공연 음향 무선 주파수에 영향을 미쳐 공연에 방해가 될 수 있습니다.
덧붙여 어린이와 노약자 등 전 연령대가 참여하는 페스티벌이기에, 무선 조종장치의 사용이 안전 문제로 이어질 수 있습니다.
모든 관객의 원활한 공연 관람을 위함이니 협조를 부탁드립니다.
Any remote control devices are not allowed at the festival site.
Using remote control devices at festival site can interrupt the frequency of sound remote device for performances, causing disturbance to the performances.
In addition, because all ages including children and senior citizens enjoy the festival, using remote control devices can be related to safety issue.
Please kindly be cooperative for all audience's safety.
[일반 General] 유모차 혹은 휠체어를 대여할 수 있나요? / Can I rent a troller or wheelchair?
종합안내소에서 무료로 대여 가능합니다.
대여하실 때에는 신분증을 맡겨 주시기 바랍니다. 반환 시 신분증을 다시 돌려드립니다. (운영시간 11:00 - 23:00)
Free rental service will be provided at the information center.
ID Card should be put at the information center while using.

[일반 General] 페스티벌 현장에서 자전거, 스케이트보드, 킥보드, 전동장치 등을 탈 수 있나요? / Bikes, skateboards and other transportation devices are allowed at the festival site?
유료 공연장(재즈 아일랜드와 파티 스테이지)을 제외한 자라섬 내와 가평 읍내에서는
위에 언급된 탈것을 포함한 바퀴 달린 탈것을 이용해 자유롭게 이동하실 수 있습니다.
유료 공연장인 재즈 아일랜드와 파티 스테이지에서는, 유모차와 휠체어를 제외한 모든 종류의 바퀴 달린 탈것의 반입이 제한됩니다.
유모차와 휠체어 또한 일부 구역에서는 안전상의 문제로 진입이 불가할 수 있으니, 현장 자원활동가의 안내를 따라주세요.
Bikes, skateboards and other transportation devices are allowed at all the festival sites
except Jazz Island and Party Stage.
Any type of transportation devices except strollers and wheelchairs is NOT allowed
at Jazz Island and Party Stage for safety reason.
[일반 General] 수유실이 있나요? / Is there lactation room?
종합안내소 옆으로 수유실이 마련되며 수유실 내에는 미용티슈, 물티슈, 휴지통, 냉온수기, 테이블, 의자가 준비됩니다.
아기와 엄마의 편안한 시간을 위해, 이용하시는 분이 계실 경우 다른 분들의 이용이 제한됩니다.
Lactation room is located next to the information center.
It is stocked with facial tissues, wet wipes, basket, water dispensers, table and chairs.
If someone is inside, it is prohibited to use.
