공연 시작 시간은 16:30입니다.
입장은 1시간 30분 전인 15:00부터 시작합니다.
앞에서 공연을 보길 원한다면 조금 일찍 오시는 것을 추천합니다.

Performance will start 16:30 on the Jazz Island stage. The gate will be opened around 15:00.
We recommend you to come a bit early if you want to get closer to artists.
After Jazz Island, performances at Party Stage will start right away. The venue is located next to Jazz Island.

10월 1, 2, 3일 3일간 서울에서 자라섬, 자라섬에서 서울로 이동하는 셔틀버스를 운행합니다.
온라인 예매로만 신청할 수 있으며, 예매한 시간대에만 탑승할 수 있습니다.

Seoul ⇔ Jarasum, Ga-pyeong

Shuttle buses for the festival are available 10.1 ~ 10.3 (3days) to Jarasum from Seoul and to Seoul from Jarasum.
It is only to reserve a internet web site, you can take a only reserved shuttle bus.

Shuttle bus runs during 12 hours, 11:00-23:00, with 20 minutes intervals. (1, 2, 3 October)

You can freely go out and enter again as long as you are wearing ticket bracelet.
Ticket bracelets must be presented to the staff when you re-enter.

배송된 티켓을, 9월 29일(판매 마감일) 전에 도착할 수 있도록 티켓 뒷면에 적힌 반송처로 다시 보내주시면 취소 및 환불이 진행될 수 있습니다.
(티켓 도착 날짜에 따라 수수료는 다르게 적용될 수 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 예매처 yes24(1544-6399)에서 확인하시기 바랍니다.)



If you return the ticket you received before the closure of ticket sales(by 29th, September), you can cancel and get refund. You can see the address on the back side of the ticket.

1일권의 경우에 관람일자가 지정되어있으므로 처음 구매 시 선택한 날짜에만 관람하실 수 있습니다.



The exact festival date is designated to each one-day ticket, so you can enter only on the day that you chose when you purchase the ticket.

사전 배송 받으신 종이 티켓 및 초대권을 분실하였을 경우 재발급 되지 않으니 페스티벌 관람 일까지 티켓 보관에 주의하시기 바랍니다.
매표소에서 착용한 입장 팔찌는 특수 재질로 제작되었기 때문에 고의적인 힘을 가하지 않는다면 쉽게 손상되거나 끊어지지 않습니다.
본인의 부주의로 인한 손상 및 분실 시 재발급 되지 않으니 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
불량 제품이 있을 시에는 유료 공연장 입장 전까지만 교환이 가능합니다.

Sent tickets are not reissued. Please be careful not to lose your tickets till the festival day.
Ticket bracelets are made of materials that are not easily torn or damaged.
Therefore, lost or damaged ticket bracelets due to one's own mistake and carelessness are not reissued.
We strongly recommend wearing the bracelets once received on site.
If the bracelet is defected, exchange is possible before the entering the paid stage.

인터넷 티켓 매진 시 일반, 청소년 모두 동일하게 구매가 제한됩니다.
단, 장애인 및 국가유공자의 경우 예년의 평균 방문 수량을 파악하여 준비하기 때문에 매진 시에도 구매가 가능합니다.
장애인(무료 입장)의 경우 복지카드, 국가유공자(20% 할인)의 경우 국가유공자증을 필히 지참하시기 바랍니다.

Once online sales tickets are sold out, both general ticket and youth ticket sale will be restricted.
Still, tickets for the disabled and people with national merit are prepared the amount of the average number of visitors last festivals.
When tickets are all sold out, it is still possible for the disabled to enter with no charge and for people with national merit to purchase discounted ticket(20% discount) so please bring your ID card or welfare card for identification.

공연 당일 현장에서는 1일(당일)권만 구매 가능합니다.
2일권과 3일권은 9월 29일(목)까지 온라인 예매로 구매할 수 있습니다.
예매 상황에 따라 조기에 마감될 수 있으니, 온라인으로 예매하는 것을 권장합니다.



1 day tickets are only available on site if on-site ticket is available.
You can buy 2-day and 3-day tickets till 29th, September via website(www.yes24.com).
Depends on ticketing situation, there would be no on-site ticket, so we recommend you to buy ticket on the website in advance.

페스티벌 티켓은 예매 티켓과 현장 판매 티켓으로 나뉘어 있습니다.
현장 판매 수량은 9월 30일(금) 홈페이지를 통해 공지되며, 예매 상황에 따라 현장 판매가 제한될 수 있습니다.
따라서 티켓의 현장 구매 가능 여부는 9월 30일(금) 이후 홈페이지를 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.



There are two ways of purchasing tickets; reservation and on-site purchase.
The number of on-site tickets for sale will be announced on our website on the 30th, September (Fri.).
Depending on the reservation conditions, on-site purchasing can be limited. Please visit our website from the 30th of September to find out if on-site purchasing will be likely.

곳곳에 설치되어 있는 ‘클린존’에 버려주시기 바랍니다.
‘일반쓰레기’, ‘재활용 및 플라스틱’, ‘음식물’로 분류하여 그에 해당하는 박스에 넣어주세요.



Please put trash at the ‘Clean Zone’ all over the festival area.
It will be divided into ‘Recyclable waste and plastic’, ‘food waste’ and ‘others’.

페스티벌 기간 내 자라섬 내 모든 장소에 맹인 안내견을 제외한 모든 반려동물의 입장이 제한됩니다.
가평읍내에서 진행되는 스테이지에서는 반려동물의 입장이 가능합니다.
맹인 안내견은 하네스 및 인증조끼 착용 후 모든 스테이지에 출입 가능합니다.
(공연 관람 시 반려동물을 차에 두고 내리면, 주차장에 그늘이 없어 차 내 온도가 높아지므로 위험할 수 있습니다. 참고해주시기 바랍니다.)



Pets are not allowed at all sites in Jarasum, except guide dogs.
You can enjoy festival with your pets at the stages out of Jarasum(Gapyeong town).
Guide dogs are allowed to the whole festival area if wearing harness and certification vest.
(If you leave your pets in your car, it can be dangerous due to temperature rise. Please be advised.)

흡연은 페스티벌 맵에 표기된 지정된 장소에서만 가능합니다.



Smoking is prohibited within all seating area.
You are only allowed to smoke at the designated smoking areas.
